01Payment
Payment is taken at the studio. There is no online payment.
02Notice
Appointments can be booked from 2 hours ahead, up to 30 days in advance.
03Changes
You can cancel or move your appointment yourself up to 2 hours before it starts. Closer than that, send a late-change request and Mara will reply.
04Holding a time
A chosen time is held for 5 minutes while you finish booking.
05Waitlist
If no time suits you, join the waitlist. When a matching slot opens, you get an invitation to claim it.
06Demo
The public demo uses synthetic data and a simulated inbox. No real emails are sent.
