Useful questions
Maintenance cut (45 min) refreshes an existing short shape. Signature cut (60 min) is a considered cut for your everyday shape. Restyle (75 min) allows more time for a substantial change. Time follows the shape's complexity — never gender.
Payment is taken at the studio. There is no online payment.
You can cancel or move your appointment yourself up to 2 hours before it starts. Closer than that, send a late-change request and Mara will reply.
